HI I'M SIMON. I'm fortunate to own a business in an sector that I'm truly passionate about, that's Leadership and Personal Development.
I live in Ireland, had a spell abroad working two years in The Netherlands and was born in Nairobi, Kenya. My sons are both grown up, one is finishing his studies in Dublin and the other is earning a great living as an electrician.
My business allows me to live where I choose to live, travel and explore the world in a way that I only could have dreamed about during my long career in corporate health-tech.
I'm passionate about working with motivated people who want to create this level of freedom and flexibility in their own lives. The thing is, when you do what you love, the hard parts don't feel like obstacles - they feel like challenges you're excited to tackle. Passion gives you the energy to navigate the ups and downs and believe me there are plenty!

THE STORY THAT LED ME HERE: I started my online business journey after losing my job quite suddenly. I'd been working as a General Manager earning a strong 6 figure income when the owners came in and reversed changes new management had been implementing. So I left and made a life decision that I was never going to work for a boss again in a traditional salaried employer - employee type relationship.
TWISTS AND TURNS: I got my start initially doing (and still do!) casual gigs as a film extra while figuring out what I wanted in life. In the midst of this I was reading articles on Personal Development and delving deeper into this space. I got to Googling and found myself on a website similar to the one you are on now. I responded to an ad on LinkedIn and got talking and the rest as they say is history! However, sadly my Dad died a during this period of time and it took a good several months before I had the headspace and will to properly set to work in my business. That's the thing, you begin when the time is right for you.
THE BUSINESS THAT'S BOOMING: The #1 rule in entrepreneurship: do what you LOVE. Getting feedback from team members who finally feel validated - well that's priceless. For me that's the heart of entrepreneurship. I get to be the one representing award winning Personal Development products, tapping into a global economy and connecting with clients from all over. I'm privileged to work with incredible entrepreneurs and leaders who are supportive, talented and simply the best in their field.
If you're thinking about starting a business my biggest advice is to find something you're truly crazy about. That's what keeps you going, no matter how tough it gets. When your work aligns with your passion, it doesn't feel like work - it feels like an adventure.
